So it’s fair to say that the earth is a pretty great place to live. It’s beautiful and full of amazing things! On Monday we learned about the dangers of water pollution. The last two days we have learned more about plants. Today we are going to like at some general ways to help take care of our earth and celebrate the earth by making an Earth Day keepsake!
Let’s start with the “3 Rs”!
For those who don’t know the three Rs, it: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

Activity Time!
Now that you’re learned ways to help the earth, we are going to make a special earth-shaped pendant for a necklace! You’ll be making a simple salt dough, baking it until it hardens and then painting it! Materials: 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup salt, 1/2 cup water, large bowl, spoon, baking sheet, acrylic paint, yarn
