School Break Programs
Do your kiddos need something to do when they have a day off school? We have a few different options for you to choose from! All programs run through Howard County Rec & parks and run from 9am-3:30pm, with an optional before care (8am-9am) and after care (3:30pm-5pm).

Winter Break Programs
Monday, 12/29-Wednesday, 12/31 and Friday, 1/2: Cooking with CSK: Winter Break Kitchen Master (Cooking) @ Harriet Tubman Cultural Center Are you looking to practice your kitchen skills and even learn some new ones? Each day has a different theme. Whip up delicious recipes while learning important skills, tricks, and tips. Enjoy a day devoted to dough and a day on knife skills. Also learn a little about nutrition, dining etiquette, and more!
Monday, 12/29-Wednesday, 12/31 and Friday, 1/2: Our Wonderful World (Science) @ Roger Carter Community Center Our world is an amazing place, with more than eight wonders. Each day, we focus on a different wonder, including Animals, Our Solar System, Human Bodies, and the Ocean. Discover how animal adaptations help them survive, how our bodies help us fight disease, explore the wonders of space, and dive into the deep blue sea.
