In-School Field Trips

We know the importance of giving children the opportunity to explore and discover science hands-on. We also know that the burden of having to figure out transportation and chaperones and coordinating schedules across a grade level and several teachers and the general stress of taking a group of students outside of the building often outweighs the desire to do a class field trip. That's why we bring the science to you!

Our field trips involve an hour long program where kids participate in hands-on activities that are aligned to the skills, standards, and objectives that you are working on in the classroom. Our programs are taught by elementary school teachers and designed specifically for your class/grade. We've found that it works best to do field trips for each classroom (up to 30 students) individually. Because we have two teachers teaching the programs, we can do two classes during the same hour. Prices generally range between $12-$15 per students and is dependent upon the total number of students and the activities selected. Discounts available if more than one grade books a trip with us.

We currently do in-school field trips for grades PreK through 5th and have programs that address Earth Science, Life Science, and Physical Science standards.
