Every year Club SciKidz MD has a small number of scholarships for our camps available. These scholarships are need-based and designed to help families that need assistance providing the camp experience for their children. We have full scholarships which offer a free week of camp as well as reduced-tuition scholarships to help make camp more affordable. Requirements require a completed application including a paragraph explaining your financial circumstances, a reference from your child’s teacher, and a brief letter from your child expressing their desire to attend our science and technology camps. If your child is awarded a scholarship, you will receive an email letting you know which scholarship he/she has received and the steps needed to enroll. Scholarships are accepted starting in January and awarded on a rolling-basis through May or until all scholarships have been awarded, whichever comes first. Once you submit the application, you should hear back within two weeks.
